Dear Alumni, Faculty and Friends,

Our next Biennial Reunion is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, October 6^th and 7^th, 2006

The Friday activities start with lunch at the home of Shirley and Bernard Bailey at 12:00 o’clock noon. Commencing at 5:00 P.M., at the Paul Hall Center for Maritime Training, Piney Point, Maryland there will be a Cash Bar, followed by a Buffet Dinner, at 6:30 P.M. Following the dinner there will be an interesting speaker and program. The cost for the meal will be $35.00, per person, payable in advance, to the Alumni Association. Overnight accommodations are available at the Paul Hall Center, at a cost of $42.00 (single) and $52.50 (double). This cost includes tax and breakfast. Block reservations for rooms will be made by the Reunion Committee. However, direct payment to the Paul Hall Center will be your responsibility. Payments may be made with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit cards on arrival. Check in can be as early as 3:00 P.M.

On Saturday, the festivities will commence at 1:00 P.M., at the old White Hoouse, at Charlotte Hall, where light Hors d’ oeuvres and beverages will be served. At approximately 3:30 P.M. and Alumni Association meeting will be held at the nearby Social Hall in Mechanicsville, followed by a Cocktail/Buffet Dinner. The all-inclusive cost for the Saturday activities will be $40.00, per person, payable in advance to the Alumni Association. Hors d’ oeuvres and beverages at the White House only will be $10.00 per person-all Saturday costs are payable in advance to the Alumni Association.

In order that we may process the necessary planning information, it is requested, as applicable, that room reservations and the fees for the Friday Buffett and the Saturday functions be sent in as early as possible, but no later than September 6, 2006, to the following address:

Alumni dues remain at a cost of $10.00 per year, payable every two years ($20.00). Those who have not remitted payment are requested to do so.
